These Terms permit you to use the Website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the Website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.
• If we provide social media features with certain content, you may take such actions as are enabled by such features.

5. Product Use and Limitations

Our hardware wallet Products are designed to provide secure offline storage for cryptocurrency private keys. By purchasing and using our Products, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

5.1 No Custody or Control of Assets

SecureKeySolutions does not at any time have custody or control of your cryptocurrency assets. Our Products provide tools for you to maintain control over your private keys, but we do not have access to your private keys, recovery seeds, or cryptocurrency holdings.

5.2 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining secure backup copies of your recovery seed phrases
• Keeping your PIN codes and passwords secure
• Verifying the accuracy of all transaction details before confirmation
• Updating your device firmware to maintain security
• Following all security best practices as outlined in our User Guide

5.3 No Recovery Services

We cannot recover your assets if you lose your recovery seed phrase or if your device is lost, stolen, or damaged. We do not maintain backups of your private keys or recovery seed phrases.

5.4 No Investment Advice

SecureKeySolutions does not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. Our Products are tools for securing cryptocurrency private keys and do not constitute recommendations regarding the value or advisability of cryptocurrency transactions.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Website and Products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Website or Products:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way.
• To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with these Terms.
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Website, or which, as determined by us, may harm the Company or users of the Website or expose them to liability.

7. Product Warranty

SecureKeySolutions provides a limited warranty for our hardware wallet Products as follows:

• We warrant that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
• This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper handling or storage, or unauthorized modifications.
• Our warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective Product at our discretion.
• To claim warranty service, you must contact our customer support with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY STATED ABOVE, SECUREKEYSOLUTIONS PROVIDES THE PRODUCTS "AS IS" AND DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL SECUREKEYSOLUTIONS, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE WEBSITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF CRYPTOCURRENCY ASSETS, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SecureKeySolutions, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Website or Products.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Website, Products, and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Website or Products shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Texas, in each case located in the City of Arlington and County of Tarrant. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

11. Waiver and Severability

No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other documents they expressly incorporate by reference constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and SecureKeySolutions regarding the Website and Products and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Website and Products.
